Vidya R brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including 27 years in a Director-level role at Motan, where she oversaw Production, Finance, and Administration. Her work included strengthening operational processes, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
Her career began in engineering procurement at L&T McNeil, combining a strong technical foundation with strategic and financial leadership.

Provides the company’s core technical leadership across manufacturing, engineering development, sourcing, and execution.
Varatharajan brings more than 15 years of industry experience from Motan, where he led Production across the manufacturing cycle, from concept and setup through final production and delivery.
His electrical engineering background and experience across production, sourcing, and new product development bring practical depth to product development, supply-chain optimization, quality, and timely execution.
